To promote a healthy environment for the Arcadia area business community through a planned manner where Chamber members can be actively involved in making Arcadia an excellent place to visit, live and do business.

Promote, monitor and develop use of the Community Activity Sign outside City Hall along with News Leader articles and the "Arcadia is More" signs, to coordinate the activities of all civic groups in Arcadia.

Promote, monitor and develop enhancements to arcadiawi.org and provide Chamber members the opportunity to be part of the Arcadia web site.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
BUSINESS GRAND OPENING POLICY
The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce will participate in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies for any Arcadia Trade Area Business. The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce will contact the new business in regard to the ribbon cutting and to let the business know that we offer as a Chamber. The Arcadia Chamber will provide the following items to assist in this event:

	1.. Provide a pair of shears
	2. Provide and pay for 8 feet of red ribbon
	3. Provide and pay for one roll of color film
	4. Pay for the film development
	5. Provide and pay for copies of 8" X 10" enlargements of one of the pictures for the business owner.
	6. Provide a copy of the picture for a NewsLeader article.

Participating in these promotional activities helps our member businesses create an awareness of their business in our community and it also helps the chamber keep a high "positive" profile among our members and the overall community
